“Member of Staff who checked us in was a little surly. Didn’t make us feel particularly welcome. The younger member of Staff who checked us out was very friendly, thanked us for our stay etc. ”

Un seul bemol, les rues sont etroites, il est mieux d'avoir un petit vehicule. Les proprietaires cubains font aussi restaurant. Ils etaient en vacances pendant notre sejour et le restaurant etait fermé mais la carte semblait allechante. “Room was spotless and cleaned everyday by lovely staff. Breakfast was great everyday (but on the last day had to pre-order which was strange). Excellent location Shared terrace with brilliant views, and the opportunity to meet up with the other guests for drinks.(bring your own) Bar and cafe not open which was unexpected.”

“This hotel is perfectly positioned in PDLC near to amenities & the centre of town. Stunning views to Teide. Also it’s right next to the bus station which makes it easy to get around the island. The staff here are very friendly & helpful & always take the time to chat to you - their language skills are excellent. The food in the restaurant is excellent quality at both breakfast & dinner with plenty of choice and well presented. The new spa is a welcome addition & reasonably priced. The rooftop……
