“It was clean, had extra of everything we needed”

“We booked this hotel because it was near family we were visiting and it had decent reviews. What a terrible experience. The lady at the front desk when we checked in seemed highly annoyed that we were bothering her. (The ladies at the desk the next morning were very nice - which is why I'm giving three stars instead of one). When we got to our room, it was not very clean and was in poor repair. (See photos). “Horrible Hotel. Wouldn’t let me stay there because i had dogs even though it says pet friendly. Was definitely giving racist even though he was middle eastern or something from some sort of nationality/ethnicity. Stalked us outside while we were in our cars finding another place to stay and kept walking back and forth, staring. DONT RECOMMEND!!! ”

“There are 2 buildings. The first one where the office is located, seems to be for weekly rentals and run down. The facade of the front, looks great, which is what's on expedia, but it doesn't show the outside rooms of that building, so when we pulled up, we felt very deceived and apprehensive. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. Had to walk to another building through the side parking lot. This entrance was secured with a key card which eased the concern.
