“Everything at the inn was great. The problem I had was with your staff. I concluded my business early and wanted to cancel my last night there and go back home. The inn’s staff told me it was fine with them but because I went through Expedia that they had to authorize it. After an hour on chat with your staff I was told that the Days Inn policy was I could not cancel or change my reservation after 1 September. Your website even says that. “The hotel/casino allows smoking through out the building, so even though the overall cleanliness was good, the smoke was embedded throughout the hotel & casino. They put us in a room right across from the laundry room. The staff was talking very loud, laughing and making lots of noise at 6:00 in the morning right outside our room. Very low rating for that On a positive note, they did have a free breakfast buffet that was very good.”
