“On check-in, the only person at the desk was on the phone with a customer (not her fault) for about 10 minutes or so. There was no side table on one side of either bed, only between the two, so whoever was on the other side was out of luck. Same with the electric outlets and USB plugs.”

“The hotel was very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. The included breakfast was good, with many options. ”

“In 2026, it’s hard to believe a hotel can be so poorly tended to. Stained sheets that don’t fit the mattress and were inside-out. Burn holes in the sheets. Shower was so stained, so gross. Hallway smelled like vomit. Floor hadn’t been cleaned under bed in who knows how long. We didn’t expect a Marriott. But we did expect a first-world level of cleanliness.”

“The hotel was fine, but there wasn’t anyone working the front desk most of the time so it’s a good thing we didn’t need anything.”

“We liked that the water in the shower was hot and pressure was great. What we didn’t like one room the refrigerator did not work and reported but nothing was fixed during our stay. The other room the outlet at the sink didn’t work. Reported it during our stay nothing was done to fix the problem. They offered to discount our bill but I have to notify Expedia about it.”
