“The room and the overall facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and responsive. The breakfast was good with plenty of sitting available. The coffee in the room and the breakfast room was excellent.”

“Bed bugs, cockroaches, cigarette smell, dog poop, spit balls, dirty toilet paper, dirty hand towel no bath towels, I could go on & on. My worst hotel experience ever! DO NOT STAY HERE! Manager said I should ask for a refund but at 1am you can’t get a room anywhere until later that day. ”

“I’m not sure what went wrong, but when I arrived to check in, they couldn’t find my reservation. Apparently their system didn’t have the information from Expedia. It took almost two hours for them to try to resolve the issue, and during that time I had to go back to my car, drive around, and sit on hold while going back and forth with customer service. I was told an escalating manager would call me back, but that never happened. By the time two hours had passed, I no longer felt comfortable……

“Room was dirty, tv remote didn’t work. Had to get more towels. Vendin machines on bottom floor, no ice machine, pool out of service, floor lamp inoperable, and hair dryer burned up. Other than that and ripped up comforter on the bed, it was tolerable.”
