“One elevator was out of order. The other elevator did not stop at my floor. Carpet is threadbare. There were stains in the sink and tub.”

“Room was ok - knowing 4 people were checking in very late - did not make sure room was properly prepared - 2 washcloths were left and air conditioner did not work - it was hotter in the room than outside. They didn’t let us know at check in this was an issue and at 2am we didn’t have the energy to deal with it.”

“Rooms and the hallways are not clean. The key for the door was not working. They haven't provided shampoo and conditioner”

“Staff were amazing and helpful when I called ahead of the stay. When we checked in, all the pillowcases were stained/dirty and smelled slept on so we got new ones from the desk and changed them ourselves. Other than that the room was clean/as expected. Elevator was a little dirty and had an odor. We did not use the pool. Overall a fine stay for one night.”
