“The system to check in was down and we waited 4 hours to be able to get into our rooms. It wasn’t the staff’s fault but when asked how we would be compensated they simply said “that’s on Hilton” lol no apologies. Nothing. Asked about the laundry room, they said we’d need quarters and we could get them from the front desk when we needed it. Went downstairs to exchange dollar bills to said quarters and was rudely told they didn’t have them and couldn’t help us lol. Breakfast and housecleaning……

“We had our AC not working for 2 days and no TV for days. We were asked to move to another room with more pathetic AC. We came back to earlier room. The breakfast was not refilled after 8:15. They are not stocked properly and same with coffee too.”

“I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small……
