“Sandwiched between Cracker Barrel and a Waffle House with the nicest Walmart ever. Lots of higher dollar hotels in same area. Small bathroom but made up for in Savings ”

“Booked the stay off of Hotels.com. The hotel was amazing!!! The open floor plan of the lobby and activities that were available set you up for the experience at the top of the elevator. Room was well more that the price listed. Full kitchen and full size fridge. Bedding was comfortable central AC unit cooled the room well. The area the hotel is in was nice, easy access to great tacos 423 Taco 100!yards away was amazing. Will definitely check availability anytime passing thru Chattanooga!!!”

“The hotel was beautiful. I was amazed by the room itself. The bed was very comfortable. It had a huge screen TV, a couch, a stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, sink and dishwasher. It also had stocked cupboards with dishes and utensils and pots and pans. The whole experience was very nice. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great they had a lot to choose from.”

“The staff was great. Friendly and helpful! The property is clean and easy to get to from the interstate, great location downtown. Close to the Aquarium and a lot of good restaurants as well as Coolidge park. Onsite restaurant was great, water front overlooking the Tennessee river with a huge patio and open air dining room and bar. Breakfast is included and parking is free if you have a permanent disability license plate. Overall I had a good stay ”

“Would have rated 5 stars but we were put into a different room type ( single king) vs what we booked (2 queens) and said we requested that even though I had the booking email showing our request. The hotel was fully booked so they were unable to move us to our requested room type. I was promised additional loyalty points because of this but I haven’t seen those yet. ”

“The room was spacious, maid service was excellent, breakfast was always hot and delicious. Proximity to shopping and restaurants, as well as easy highway access, made this a really convenient stay. ”
