“Room was very clean and comfortable. Full kitchen was wonderful. Beach access was easy. Elevators were slow but adequate. Check in process was slow and inefficient…computer slow and not enough help.”

“Check in was at 4:00pm. Our room, along with others, was not ready. Got in around 5:00. Kids were all sandy so they went to shower. Water was cold. After hanging out for a couple hours, ants started crawling all over the counter. We left for the evening and when we came back around 12:30am, our room key wouldn’t work. Had to go to the front desk to get it fixed. Over half of the lights didn’t work in the room. The next morning, went to shower and once again the water was cold. So we left. It’s……

“The room was very basic just the things you need no frills room was extremely clean! Amd quiet. Staff was very friendly and welcoming . Steak house is decent. Lots of parking ”

“We were greeted by our contact person, Gail, who is friendly and personable. And a terrific artist as you will see when you are on the property. This is a very cute, fun and artsy apartment. We used the bedroom at the front of the house and found it roomy and the bed is very comfortable. The water pressure is outstanding and the hot water arrives almost instantly. The kitchen is fully stocked. Just bring your own food. We will definitely book a room here when we are near Winchester Bay again.”
