“Staff was great. My 3 star rating is only because there were no sign ups left when arriving for the 3PM check-in. Without this, for the sauna or infrared room; it leaves you to be "stealing time" where you can..(also feels a bit absurd for the rate you pay.) I had to scramble out of one solo sauna after first finding it empty, because a couple had booked it, and they told me they were also booked for the infrared (double dipping also leaves others without.) Feels unfair for another guest to……

From the moment we arrived there was this quaint, laid-back relaxing vibe that made it so easy to unwind. Everything felt very thoughtful from the design, cozy spaces, and nothing overdone. “Perfect location to explore upper Kingston on foot. Historic quirky building. Convenient free off street parking. Don’t be put off by the parking area/rear facade. Once you step through the front door you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the artistic wall stenciling and stylish landing. Room was well appointed as pictured on line. Thoughtfully laid out and decorated. Nice sheets and indulgent bath towels. Great water pressure. Spotless room. Gracious hosts. Very comfortable.”
