“這間酒店位置不錯，距離溫莎城堡不算很遠酒店乾淨整潔，有空調，有停車場，不過有點狹窄。早餐很好吃。酒店是舊式的建築，沒有電梯／升降機，我的房間在三樓，要搬行李上落樓梯確實有點不方便。我入住了一晚，有一個不愉快的經歷，就是酒店內有小偷，而且是酒吧的員工！我當晚拿了酒店送的welcome drink, 本來打算在酒吧享受一下，後來還是決定拿上房喝。當我打開房門時，發現剛才在酒吧給我飲品的bartender竟然走進了我們的房間，而且把我的行李打開，還放在床上搜我的東西。我當時十分驚嚇，那bartender說我忘了拿回外套，幫我拿上房間，然後匆匆忙忙地走了。但我的外套一直都在房間，從來沒有拿出去。所以我很肯定他是想偷竊。於是我嘗試反鎖大門，但是沒用的，因為從外面用匙卡還是能輕易進入。我唯有用椅子擋住大門，顫顫驚驚的度過了一個晚上。第二天我才跟接待處說了這件事，她告訴我發電郵給酒店的經理。最後經理迅速跟進事件，並給我退回全部住宿費用。事件中我沒有任何損失，不過酒店的保安真的有待改善。”

“Extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. Our room clearly had not been properly prepared or set up for guests, yet we were still charged a premium rate for the stay. It had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, the carpet was heavily stained, and the en-suite was visibly dirty and had a slimy feel to it. “This apartment is very conveniently situated for travelers arriving by train - only abut 5 minutes' walk from Windsor/Eton Riverside station. Windsor Castle is a 10 minute walk away. It is well equipped with most things you might need during your stay. The washer/dryer combo in the kitchen is a great perk. It is, however, situated on a busy street corner, and the windows are not particularly soundproof, so if you're noise sensitive or a light sleeper this might not be the place for you.……
