“I stayed at another sonesta hotel in Florida which is why I chose this one and so glad I did! I had one of the rooms with a city view which was great. The staff was also very helpful and kind. I was initially checked in by Deo. “We stayed here to attend a concert at U.S. Bank stadium. Perfect walking distance! The room was clean, the decor was charming, and the staff was very nice! We loved the coffee shop for breakfast - great selection and reasonably priced. The only "complaint" would be the recommended parking ramp. It was very complicated to enter in the morning - all the outside doors were locked. $37 to park overnight is a bit pricey. We would stay here again!”

“I lost power throughout the night. They dim the lights in the building so you cant see the conditions of trim and paint. It dont desrerve 5 star. The bar on the 27th floor was closed and nobody knew i ran into multiple people in elevator trying to get there. They just disabled the floor with no knowledge to the people.
