“Great hotel accommodations that feels more like the comforts of home and or our European stays, especially in the suites. Always superior in hospitality and service. Restaurants provide us excellent service especially for our anniversary and the food and preparations are great quality. We could have used more housekeeping, since they didn’t seem to turn down our beds at night or provide us with more towels. We would have liked to have had lean washcloths and towels and robes for the other half……

“The apartment was lovely and spacious. Great location for our needs. We had a good stay but it could have been great with a few more simple amenities. There was no dresser space, only 2 pants hangers in the closet and only one towel hook in the bathroom. With no drawers for clothing luggage racks would have been helpful.”

I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!”

“The property itself was fine, though there were some issues like the shower not draining properly, missing door handle to the closet, light bulbs out in the bathroom. The biggest issue was communication with Regal Stays. I initially booked for four days and had to extend it. When I called to extend the satay a guy answered who seemed to be at home or in a loud area. I didn’t get any official receipt for my extension, he just sent me a link to pay. But there was no confirmation email or text,……
