"The rooms were clean and large. Even though it is somewhat worn and dated, everything worked. We had one issue with the A/C remote that was fixed immediately. The staff were all warm and friendly. We arrived late and the restaurant just closed but Kaden and her colleagues scrambled around to get us snacks and a beverage. We had all our meals in the onsite restaurant and they were all good. Breakfast buffet was good value. My wife and I had a spa treatment for two. My wife said it was the best massage she’s ever had. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Maru Fortuna Villa by Moria and honestly could not have asked for more. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained. We stayed in a room right next to the pool, which made the whole experience even better. The villa itself is peaceful, calm, and incredibly relaxing. It felt like a perfect little escape. What truly made our stay special was the hospitality. Every single staff member was warm, genuinely friendly, and always smiling. They were always ready to help with anything we needed, including tailoring breakfast exactly the way we wanted it. A special thank you to Putu, Komang, Kodek, Tukik, Ngurah, Komang, and Kodek. They were all absolutely wonderful and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. For meals, we found it very easy to order food through Grab and Gojek, which worked perfectly and gave us plenty of options.
