“This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Tenerife. The hotel is spotless and the staff are fantastic. In particular Roberto at reception and Yenifer and Omar in the restaurant. “Excellent hotel , great staff. Only stayed b&b but couldn't fault it. Only slight negative was the pool was getting refurbished the week after our stay. “I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The welcome was warm and friendly, and I felt very well taken care of from the moment I arrived.
