“Hotel was clean. Restaurant was good. TV did not work. They came and had a look didn’t do much and said couldn’t help. So no tv to watch play off hockey. The internet box they switched buttons didn’t work. Tried to call downstairs three times and no one picked up even after ringing for 15 minutes. Next morning no hot water to shower. Had to wash with hand cloth with cold water from the sink. Told counter person in the morning when checking out and told me they were going to get the manager to……

“Tout était parfait. Très propre. Mais puisque tout est en béton, c’était très écho dans le couloir lorsqu’on est dans la chambre et s’il y avait des personnes au-dessus de nous la nuit qui sautaient. Nous avons dû téléphoner à la réception pour dénoncer durant la soirée.”

“This hotel is in an industrial area. Our room needed some updating and the bathroom could use some work. The front desk fellow was very friendly !”

“Negatives: The floors were not clean. There were no electric plugs near the bed( mush needed for cpap machine). The one plug available under the tv console did not work. We had to get our electric extension from our truck emergency kit).The bathtub did not drain and gross stuff came up the drain during showering. Missing remote upon arrival but reception quickly got us one. There were no chairs in the room. No towels in the room at all. It looked like this room is a last resort rental. Positives……

“Salle de bain degoutante, presence de moississure et accjmulation brune au plafond. Pas de fan de douche pour evacuer l'humidité. Lit très cheap, dure comme de la roche.”
