“Amazing service all the way around”

“I enjoyed my stay immensely! The Guesthouse Hotel is a hidden gem in Chicago, will be utilizing their accommodations on my return trips!”

“This property requires a non-refundable deposit and then asks for an additional cash deposit via bank transfer, along with a copy of identification. They state that this deposit will be refunded within 5–7 days after departure, provided before access to the property is granted. This arrangement raises concerns about legitimacy. It is advisable to avoid booking this location.”

“A fantastic stay yet again. I have stayed here the last few years while attending a conference. All the staff were great and amazing selection of food for breakfast and for late night snacks. I will be back again next year”

“Dorothy's place was great for my needs! As a single traveler, I only needed one room for one night. The premises was clean, close to Wrigley Field, and served its purpose. It was also a relatively affordable rate given area hotels. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Feels like a glorified “serviced apartment” more than a hotel — no staff onsite except the occasional cleaning person. No luggage storage, but there are locations nearby to store your bags (via Bounce, ~ $15 for 2 bags for the day). With that said, the room was clean, cool, and comfortable. Great price compared to other accommodations in the area — location is A+, walkable to many bars & restaurants and the red line. All communication with the property was clear. Overall, would stay again.”
