“Very nice hotel with a friendly staff and very clean rooms! We were there when the Cubs weren't playing, so it was easy to get around without game traffic. Also, unlike a lot of other hotels, they didn't treat the Expedia reservation as inferior. We had a nice room with a view of the field.”

“Gina and staff were warm and friendly. When our toilet clogged, we got upgraded. When we needed a delayed checkout, they accommodated. We had a fire for a cold night and got delicious eggs and crispy bacon for breakfast. Highly recommend for those lovers of all things Italian. ”

“They require a large cash or Venmo deposit which is shady. Took them 2 weeks to send it back minus 15$ to which I got no response to why. Communication sucks and they gave me the wrong room. No apology no adjustment. Nothing.”

“Cute hotel in a quiet and pretty area of town, but still walkable to restaurants. Parking was easy. They only do valet though, so bring cash for a tip. The interior had a cozy design with a cute sitting room with coffee and tea. The rooms didn't have a coffee maker, which was difficult for me because I need it first thing in the morning. But for people not self conscious about going down to the lobby for coffee before showering/makeup, the setup is great and they have lots of creamer/sweetener……

“It was impossible to get in contact with anyone in the “lobby” which was just a locked room down a hallway with a phone i could hear ringing over and over again through the walls. I did not see a single staff member my entire stay. The walls are so thin I could hear every little thing. Thank god the speak easy was closed downstairs or I don’t think I would have gotten any sleep at all. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom and half a roll of toilet paper. No hooks anywhere to hang your……

“The bathrooms were clean but extremely tiny and water kept getting all over the bathroom floor. The room itself was clean and the location was fine. Staff was friendly.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. All staff interactions were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar had excellent views and atmosphere. The restaurant on the ground level had wonderful food and beverages, and it was a beautiful place to hang out and visit. Our room was beautiful as was the view of the park. Will definitely stay here again!”

“Weird set up where the only entrance to the hotel is through the garage. Had trouble figuring out the heat/ac. Few tv choices & couldn’t figure out how to get streaming on tv.”
