“La chambre était impeccable. Grande chambre et petite cuisine très pratique. Assez tranquille. Le seul problème est que j'étais située en face de l'emplacement pour remiser les bagages et s'était quelque fois bruyant. “Before even landing in London I wrote with the personnel and had such a nice experience where they listened to all of my needs and where very fast at responding. There was no mobile reception in the badement and due to our checking in link not working we were not able to get info about the wifi or anything else.
