“it was ok”

“Rooms were quiet, however a little hard to get into at times!”

“Had a great stay. Check in was easy. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff was more than helpful during our stay.”

“So the place itself is beautiful, beautiful architecture inside and out. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was awesome. The problem? Communication, lack of responsibility, and blatant disregard for basic needs. First, the couches are not meant for casual relaxation… the whole place is out of a Wayfair catalog. Staying for a week was very uncomfortable so much so I checked out a day early. When I discovered there was no microwave I reached out only to be responded to by an AI……

“To poor customers service in morning breakfast mostly items are out or not available also wi-fi service was extremely slow when we call customer service they said might be some one be there in next day to look not recommended to stay with kids to get breakfast also kids can’t see anything on their iPad due to slow internet”

“My husband and I chose this location traveling from Michigan to North Carolina to stop for a break. The hotel is very out of date. It took 20 minutes to check in with paper processes while the clerk stared at my husband the whole time. Then she tells me I’m all set without giving me a room number or keys. Upon entering our room we were overtaken by an overwhelming mildew/basement smell. The TV and all the appliances are most certainly still from the 90s. The bed was hard as a rock and the……

“Nice place”

“Let me say the front desk lady was phenomenal! When we arrived, she showed us the where the Tiki Bar (breakfast bar and snacks) were. She showed us the pool, gave us a tour of the place and was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were spotless! We will be staying here again. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!”
