“Condo was roomie,secluded but within 20 twenty minutes of 3 popular towns. Our host left a s’mores kit, a bottle of wine, books and games.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The Condo was newly renovated and fit our needs perfectly. The grounds were extremely well kept and the full-time residents were welcoming and pleasant. We would have enjoyed the ability to rent a kayak or paddleboard on site, but am told there was a rental company on the lake. We were able to enjoy the lake and my son really enjoyed fishing off the dock.”

“Great location! Right next to Petoskey State Park and close to Harbor Springs. The only suggestion is to provide a water pitcher with a filter.”

“We were in town to attend a wedding at the Bay Harbor Marina. The location of the property was great. Close to downtown Petosky, the marina, parks, distillery, and walking/biking trails. The unit is a townhouse with plenty of room. It is clean and well appointed. The best part is each room has it own bathroom and there is a darling little porch out back to relax on. We would definitely stay again. ”

“The Carriage House provided exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. The balcony was quiet and peaceful, the perfect place for morning breakfast and evening drinks. The only downside was that the street is busy and produces a fair amount of road noise. That was certainly not enough of an issue to keep us from staying there again. Our stay was wonderful. ”

“Overall it was a great place. The trails and the view within a short walking distance are wonderful. The fireplace worked the first day but didn't after that, possibly needs new batteries. TV on main floor needs attention. Also would be nice to have a information manual for check in/ check out. If there is one, we couldn't find it. ”

“We really enjoyed our time in this nice condo! The property was clean and was a very nice community. We could walk to round lake and even retail close by so it made things very easy for us. Very convenient to the beach, round lake, Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Lake Michigan so a great location. The condo was clean and updated and everything was in in working condition.”
