“WOW ! What an unexpected find... The room was HUGE compared to today's standards and spotlessly clean. It was nice and quiet considering that you're how-many-feet from the interstate... I missed sunrise by a few hours this day, but the was still there early enough to catch some interesting blues on the shaded side of the peak. Though not one of Colorado's 58 Peaks over 14,000 feet, West Spanish Peak enjoys a great deal of prominence from its surroundings, making the 13,631 foot mountain the 12th most prominent in Colorado. It is also the easternmost 4000 meter peak in the United States. Here you can also get a good view of one of the over 500 radiating dikes that lead to the mountain. #BVSquad #BVSBlue
