“The breakfast amenities were very good, the hotel staff was very friendly. The lighting on the bathroom vanity mirror needs to be brighter in order to highlight any facial details. I had to request a room cleaning twice because it was never completed after the first request. Overall, the experience was above average.”

“Do not stay here! The manager/staff/owner of the franchise are terrible to their guests and also bigots who make assumptions about people based on race.
Within seconds of an interaction with my (black) husband, the manager threatened to call the police after sternly and aggressively asking “what’s your room #?” Instead of a “good morning, how are you” or “how did you sleep” as you’re getting coffee and wiping sleep out of your eyes, “WHATS YOUR ROOM #, I’m calling the police”… like……

“We have been coming for over 10 years. It used to be a great hotel, which is why we continue to stay here. The last few trips have been less than desirable and i think it is time we look for another location.
Check in:
showing up a half hour early, we were not allowed in one of our 2 rooms. We were not even allowed to pay for an early check in. Note: there were 4 cars in the parking lot when we arrived. For the past decade, we have never had that issue over a half hour.

“Check in took 45 minutes due to the room in my reservation having been given to an earlier guest. It took about 25 minutes to determine that was why they were unable to locate my reservation. A solution that had been offered prior to making that determination was for me to pay the current rate, which was almost triple what I had paid earlier through Expedia, despite me showing a receipt with Expedia that confirmed I had reserved the room.
