“The Siesta motel was wonderful! Everything in the room was spotless and comfortable, and the quality of the amenities offered was very high. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was. The friendly relaxed atmosphere of the staff contributes to the very excellent vibe this place offers. The bed was good, the linens were great, and the room was big enough without being too big. The outdoor sitting area was delightful. Can’t praise it highly enough.”

“We stayed in room 206. You could put a can by the ac unit, and it would roll all the way across the room to the door. Other than thinking I had vertigo, it was an awesome experience.”

“Literally the best place to stay in all of Durango even for short stays. I always come here and had to go to a different hotel one time and immediately regretted not staying at The Leland House. It’s central to everything fun in downtown and so nice you might not want to even leave your room.”

“Excellent place to stay and the Price is Right. Hot tub is more like a jacuzzi because it's not that hot. The only cleaning complaint I have is that they were bugs in my light in the bathroom.”

“Bed was very hard. Room was very small. Air conditioner was very loud.”

“Bed was comfy and the room was large. The floor in front of the sink was oddly very soft, like it had been flooded at some point (on the second floor). Air conditioning was good.”

“It was a very nice historic hotel in an excellent location. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok but there is a French bakery across the street that is to die for. Very close to train station. Free parking at hotel is a plus.”

“This property was only a 5 minute drive from the downtown area. It was off of the main highway far enough that we were not bothered by traffic noise. The staff was friendly. We liked the spacious room. It was clean. The breakfast was good, with various food options, The coffee was a bit weak. If coffee is important to you, you can get to a coffee house in a two-minute walk down the street. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.”
