“The condo is in a great location! However, in general the condo needs updating. I found parts of the condo to be dirty. The bedroom carpet had stains. The patio door was extremely difficult to open. The bathroom door knob was coming off so I fixed it. The paint on the kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity was chipping. ”

“We used the condo for our baseball tournament and spring training get away. Location was great and easy access to everything we needed. Host was great and responsive. The house seemed well stocked with everything that one would need, plenty of towels and toiletries. Only drawback was the AC seemed excessively loud and in the 100 degree heat it ran a lot. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice place near the ball parks!”

“Great condo for 4 guests. The owner was very responsive via VRBO site and lock instructions were great. Pots and pans very old/worn and not enough silverware for 4 people. Although obviously cleaned and dry, the white towels were stained/didn’t look clean. Shower curtains in the master bath might need to replaced? (Rusty rings). Loved all the ceiling and portable fans in the unexpected very warm temperatures. AC worked well but there was a very foul odor when we turned it on. The sliding...

“Clean property and swift response from the host”

“The unit was clean and has had some updates, but more would make it better. The floorboards were nicked, scratched and had dark markings. In the bathroom a new tub/shower had been installed, but the caulking had not been done correctly and dirt was gathering in the space. More dishes would make meals easier; I had to wash them after each meal to have enough. I’d like to compliment the office staff. I had trouble connecting to the internet and the woman who helped me was very patient! ”

“We would absolutely would stay at this lovely place again. First class kitchen and appliances, contemporary, thoughtful decor, best views of the sunrise ever from all spaces (even the bedroom!). Fountain Hills and Maricopa County trails were close by and made for super exploring close to home.”
