“It was a large beautiful room And they were there to help if you needed but left you alone and happy”

“The garbage disposal and the phone in our room did not work. I called the front desk from my cell phone the first day and could never get through. I called several times throughout our day and could never get anyone to answer the phone. All of the staff seemed overworked and very tired and as a result grumpy. The only person that stands out to me as a great example of customer service is their valet team.”

“Only stayed one night for a work trip, and a couple more people who worked with me rented rooms there. The front desk employee was friendly and professional, room was specious and clean. Just what we needed for our quick stay. A lot of businesses near by and access to the highway in a convenient location.”

“There was a large group of people with teenagers there that conjugated in the breakfast area. They were extremely loud for quite a while. Just not an experience that I have had after years of staying at the Hampton. It just seemed very out of control with kids running constantly up and down the hallway slamming doors.”

“The breakfast options were good. Kim kept the tables clean (no searching for a clean table) and promptly refilled breakfast items. She kept the door to her kitchen open so it was easy to ask questions.”

“We stayed on the 4th floor where the pool view, and raceway view are best. Breakfast is $19. Per person. Plenty to eat & drink. Pizza is $18. The pool was warm. Not enough cups in the room. Snack room was pretty stocked but you're better off bringing your own food and snacks. Small bag of chips is $3. The TV should swirl for everyone in the room to watch or be centered more in the middle. This hotel is relaxing til you hear the cars at the Raceway which wakes it up in a good way.”

“I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, everything is okay for us. I would……

“Room was very clean, ac was weak, it was semi cool. Hate sleeping warm. Breakfast had no protein, only carbs. No eggs, sausage, nothing, not even waffles or pancake. No juice, just tea and coffee.”

“It all started when I got to my room. The walls are very thin. Including the entrance door into/out of the room. The neighbor was raising his voice ( possible praying ). Then at night Could hear neighbor snoring. Then further into night, a bug on my arm—at this point I woke up to ck the whole bed for bed bugs—thankfully none! The breakfast buffet was quite not crowded. Food was mehhh. But the cinnamon rolls warm n tasty. Would I stay here again. Probably only if needed for travel.”

“Such a charming hotel. Right on the Circle. The room was comfortable and spacious. Bathroom was small, but well-appointed. We had a miscommunication at check-in, but the bartender in the Irish pub below was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!”
