“A bit disappointed. We have stayed here on and off for years and this last time we noticed that the place was a bit more run down. It’s still quite nice however. Staff was friendly and it’s in a perfect location. We love the Auburn and Skaneateles area. Skaneateles is quite expensive to stay there for any length of time. We will most likely return here though.”

“We were surprised to receive an upgrade to our room when we arrived. Everything was clean and the staff was more than accommodating. Breakfast was just okay, but good enough. The Inn was quiet, even when meetings were being held on the first floor. Parking was free and abundant. Lovely old inn that was close to shopping, dining and the lake.”

“This is an old-fashioned motel - one floor with parking right in front of your door. We stayed one night for a wedding in the area. The rooms were basic and clean; the bed was comfortable. The price seemed a bit high for what it was, but that may well be because of high demand near Skaneateles on a Saturday night in August. Nonetheless, I'd suggest their considering an update of their air conditioning at some point as it was a windo-type model inserted through the back wall, As such, it didn't……
