We were informed that there was no provision for an evening meal on either evening (we stayed 2 nights) that was fine, as we were happy to drive to nearby Haverfordwest. We were a little disappointed that on Saturday evening the bar was closed to residents due to a private function. It would have been nice to have some prior warning, as a couple of drinks at the bar would have been a nice end to the evening. That bring said the breakfast was excellent and our room……

“This is a lovely, well kept hotel. The room, though on the smaller size was immaculately clean and the shower good. The breakfast was enormous and very, very good. Overall, excellent value for money. ”

The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. ”
