“As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many……

“The late evening staff was very welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. The host at the breakfast buffet was very friendly. I will stay here again when inbound or outbound for Spokane.”

“I wish I got her name, but the cleaning lady was awesome. Even showed us a few different rooms and let us choose. Great water pressure and a cool AC. Beds were comfortable. . The price was good. We'll definitely be back.”
