"It is a newer motel and is clean and the rooms are fine. Desk staff is helpful. The only concern was no elevator which may mean you have to use the stairs for 2 1/2 floors if you get a third floor room."

"I highly recommend this hotel. The location is great, just four miles from Eastern Washington University and other important spots in Cheney. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and gave excellent customer service. The only small downside was that there was no coffee maker in the rooms. I’ve never stayed at a hotel without one before. When I asked, the front desk offered to bring one to my room. Otherwise, you need to go to the dining area for coffee. It’s available around the clock and tastes great, but it’s a little inconvenient."
