"Booked the room via VRBO; so our room would be cleaned if we paid another fee, as well as a decent parking fee, and a resort fee on the way out. And it was barely stocked - two plates two spoons etc. The check in process was a nightmare via email texts and calls. Despite multiple attempts, I ended up standing at the door for 30 minutes waiting for help as the front desk was empty. The attendant returned and was so rude to my colleague she was nearly in tears. "Bleach odor was over-powering and gave us a headache!!Check-in process was not communicated via VRBO app as promised which required me to contact them via multiple phone calls and emails, creating undue stress. (Truly not a VRBO rental :/ )Non-early check-in (1 hour would’ve been nice), which a hotel would’ve allowed, and this place was more like a long-stay hotel, not a VRBO. "Unfortunately the king bed is horrible, so we did not have a good nights sleep. The bed creaks every time you move. Also, one of the hand towels had make up on it from a prior guest. We come to Miami every few months unfortunately we will have to find another place. "
