“Excellent location in Sunny Isles. This was our second stay and we were plenty surprised with the upgrades to the rooms and hotel. Good customer service everywhere, especially by Max at front desk. Loved that this hotel has access to the beach We had an ocean view room and a huge balcony. Our room had everything that we needed. Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent, never provising us enough towels for the amount of people in the room but that's literally our only feedback. Looking forward to a……

“The showerhead in the bathroom is terrible. No matter how I close the shower curtain, a lot of water always leaks out onto the floor, and in the end the entire bathroom floor gets soaked.”

“My check was a Friday and my checkout was on Sunday. I had to check out Saturday because the weather was bad and and everything is closed. There was absolutely nothing to do this of my arrival.”

“The property is in a great location. The hotel itself is very well maintained on the pool area they play music they have your normal bar and food which makes a great ambiance pool needs lol bit of cleaning other than that we would definitely stay here again”
