"Room was out of toilet paper and soap. Staff didnt understand english very well. Wont be staying there again unless no other choice available. "

"Staff is friendly as always, however we got upgraded to a room since our room the lock was dead. The upgraded room had hair in the bed- long hairs short hairs, the garbage can had shavings from someone in it, the shower and the floor had “short and curly” hair all over. (If you know what I mean by those. ) we told the staff about it and just said please change the bedding and clean our room instead of moving us again. We came back that evening bedding was changed and looked somewhat vacuumed. But the shirt and curly hairs were still all over and bathroom definitely not cleaned. Moving the hand towel to a hook doesn’t equate to cleanliness. "

"Lighting in half the room didn’t work. Coffee wasn’t available until breakfast started. Staff was nice. Parking easy. Some stains on the towels"

"The Staff of the motel hardly spoke English at all and refused to accept the expedia prepayment as they say they never end up getting paid by Expedia. If I wanted to stay I had to pay them again, I refused and booked another motel down the street. Despite this, Expedia refused to refund my money and basically threw the whole thing back in my lap. I will never use Expedia again nor stay at this place in Havana. Instead, dear traveler, book the RED LION Motel in Havana, much better place, great staff and not much more money."

"Very nice, clean and comfortable! Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice 3 bedroom gave us all a little bit of privacy as each bedroom on different floor. My only issue the very upstairs needs a mirror! Lol. Other then no mirror it was perfect and was perfect for my Dad, brother and sis in law while my Mom was in the hospital. Very easy to get to! Quiet neighborhood! "
