“We absolutely loved our stay in this Wells Condo! It's beyond gorgeous !!! Great location! Minutes to 3 beaches! It's close to all the restaurants shops, mini golf etc. It was sparkly clean and there was plenty of room to relax with your friends and family! It's so meticulously furnished and decorated! The kitchen has everything that you need for a night in. It had new full appliances, plenty of dishes, silverware, a charcuterie board, waffle maker, keurig, and so much more! It's expensive but……

“We absolutely loved our stay! Karen & Andrew were very easy to work with and answered any questions we had. The space was clean and had everything we needed to cook and play some indoor games (I definitely loved using the Guess Who?! Game) It was easy walking distance to downtown and the beach which was key. A couple suggestions we would have…a 4th stool for the island to have dinner and play games at as that was the main hang spot for us. We’re pretty clean and organized during vacation but,……

“My husband and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend and we really enjoyed this condo. The location is ideal with restaurants and beach access all within 5-15 min of the unit. The unit itself had everything we could possibly need for our stay, all we needed were some grocery essentials and we were all set. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Adorable unit in waterfront neighborhood in downtown Portsmouth. Would be hard to find anything else like it. Cleaners missed quite a few spots to ready the property (including something on sheets) but otherwise place was great. No parking near property but owner provided garage pass for undercover parking a very short walk away. Unusually, refrigerator drawers were completely full of owner's drinks so that limits your fridge space - but if you don't need a lot that's not a hindrance.”

The living /bedroom area and bathroom were great too, We brought our dog and it was very pet friendly. We would not hesitate to book again next time we are in the area,”
