“The cabin was clean, cosy and perfect for a couple. We used it as a base for lots of hikes around Otway and then around the great ocean road. Night was peaceful and the awesome hot tub was perfect to ease our aching legs. Communication with the owners was quick and easy and chdck in and out seemless. Perfect escape feom the city ”

“Lorne is a cute town. I enjoyed the stay here. The room is tidy and large, there is even a coach for us to chill. The view outside the room is pleasant too. ”

“I chose the Maids' Quarters primarily because it had two separate bedrooms with a queen sized bed in each. It turns out there was so much more to enjoy in this accomodation. The tastefully done furnishings and fittings, the fully stocked kitchen, the spaciousness, the quiet at night. Gary met us when we arrived and was happy to answer any question and give us tips on local eateries. Overall we were delighted with the property. It was very clean and comfortable and we did not want for anything.”

“Just an ordinary motel. The washing basin was so small and it was not convenient to use. The bathroom was slippery. No cooking facility but only microwave. Not recommended for families.”

“It is centrally located in Colac with only 5 mins drive to Lake Colac. The room is very clean and tidy, and the reception is very friendly and helpful.”

“Practical sized room for an overnight stay. Bathroom shower water wet a larger area than I’d like, hot water was excellent. We dined at the same venue, simple well proportioned meals at very good value and taste. We would stay again for sure. ”

“Acceptable distance from Apollo Bay centre. Good outlook but facilities were just simple. Space of the smaller room in the apartment can’t accommodate luggages while the sitting & dinning areas are sizeable. When we woke up in the morning, there was a sudden suspension of power supply for the whole apartment. We immediately called the host who said the whole district was affected. He didn’t call back to update information. Fortunately, power supply resumed around 35 mins later. We learnt that……

“This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin……

“距離Apollo bay很近，酒店在山坡上，前台會把鑰匙留在接待中心的門口，風景很好，唯一的問題是臥室沒有空調，只有客廳有一台，所以冬天睡覺會有些冷，壁爐的通風管道會被大風吹的撞擊聲非常吵，影響休息，酒店的整體條件還是非常不錯的”
