The VRBO was clean and super spacious, there was a really nice green space behind the property for hanging out and the location couldn’t be more perfect for what we needed. “I rented this apartment with my husband and two adult daughters for a family gathering in the Princeton area. We had plenty of space and the location was great, close to shops, the Princeton campus and the canal path for runs and walks. We come to Princeton several times a year and will definitely seek to rent this unit again.”

“The weather was stormy, but our stay was very nice! All of the furniture was so modern and pretty. The house had wonderful character and all the tiny details really pulled everything together. The beds were extremely comfortable, as well as the pillows. The upstairs had beautiful light shining in. The layout was gorgeous. The walks everywhere were wonderful. Everything was in close proximity. I would definitely come back to this house!”

“This second and third floor rental should be restricted to healthy young adults. Steep narrow steps can be hazardous for elderly or other visitors lacking excellent strength and balance. A very soft sagging bed on the third floor exacerbated my back trouble (sciatica), although the owner says that slats were out of position and have since been fixed. She also says that the second floor bed has a relatively new and expensive frame and mattress, so if only one bed is needed, the sagging third……

“Stayed here with friends, the house was beautiful! The location was perfect and the host was amenable and incredibly accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again!”

“This unit is spectacular. It seems completely new, and all the amenities are beautiful (new white sheets, abundant fluffy white towels, cute pillows, attractive decor, great appliances, fancy sink, great shower, etc.). Parking was super easy. Great communication from owner/host. We were too tired and couldn’t figure out the sofabed, and he wrote back immediately with instructions and photos so we could understand. AWESOME location. Will stay again!”

“Overall had a nice stay at this apartment. Here are a few inaccuracies, though, that made a difference for my family: the listing says first floor but this is on the 3rd floor, there was no coffee maker, and there was no twin futon (only two loveseat couches). Also, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 guests for 3 nights. Otherwise the apartment was clean and spacious and had most other amenities you would need! Neighborhood was great and there was lots of parking available.”

“Mislead on the second bedroom and bathroom! Lost communications with host towards middle to end of stay. We booked a 3 week stay for business. This trip was for business not pleasure and was extremely inconvenienced throughout the entire stay. Looking to be compensated for the 2nd half of our stay and we also checked out 2 days early.”

“The first night I stayed, the bathtub was already clogging up. There was a lot of dust in plain sight. The time for checkout was 11am but we got a message from the owner at 9am saying the password would expire at 10am, when clearly in the booking check out was 11am. All this was very inconvenient. ”

“The pictures indicated a property with lake access, small beach area, docks that one could explore. Upon arriving at the location neighbors informed me that we were not permitted to go to these areas as renters. Environment felt hostile and unit very tiny making it feel claustrophobic with no immediate outdoor space. Bathroom towels not included so we had to go to Walmart to purchase towels for our stay. Host was responsive via text, but not helpful in managing issues listed above.”
