The assistant front desk manager, Ryan, advised he would make the incident better and corrected the issue. Desk clerk, Autum, was outstanding and had the incident taken care of faster than Ryan did, She was awesome. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time I have stayed at this property. Clean and convenient to everything around."
