“House was perfect for the 4 of us. Manager Lance communicated very well before, during, and after our stay. Quiet neighborhood close to many KC activities. House was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. All 3 queen beds were comfortable. Both bathrooms had everything we needed and showers had good water pressure and had all soaps and shampoos needed. We had a nice parking spot in the back, but right in front of the house on the street was also always available.”

“Place had great vibes, loved the brick walls, exposed ceilings. Took kids to opening day at the K then back to relax and watch sweet 16. Location was great for us to run and grab food to take back. For sure will stay again.”

“Pictures don't quite do the place justice. It is a great spot in a great location. Clean and spacious with comfortable beds. There is the noise aspect to consider, but wasn't bad at all when we stayed (4/12-4/14). This was for our annual siblings weekend and was a hit! The only thing to worry about is parking. We got lucky and found a spot, and just hopped on and off the streetcar for the weekend.”

“Everything was fine, very comfortable little place I was a bit frustrated with having to pay $35 and jump through hoops to verify my identity. I have used VRBO many, many times and have never had to do that before. I know it is legal in Missouri now, but there was a strong cannabis smell in the entryway, in our hall and sometimes the smell made it into our condo. I would recommend a grab bar in the tub/shower. It is a high threshold and it would be good to have something to hold……

“This property has a good location. Close to the Plaza and Westport. We have stayed here a couple times for a Chiefs game weekend. The two bedrooms are great with king beds in each and a bathroom for each bedroom as well. Nice common area for the living room and kitchen. Some things are in disrepair such as the bathroom doors, hooks on the back of the doors and simple things that could use an upgrade. Walls are very thin and you can hear people in the apartments above you and next to you. Overall……

“This property was awesome! We had 10 adults and it fit us perfectly. The beds were big and very comfortable and the bedrooms were large enough for all our belongs during the 4 night stay. The living area was huge and had a great vibe with the unique decorating. The TV was plenty big and viewable from all areas of the living room. Open floorpan and plenty of counter space for food and large table for eating, puzzles and games. A very big refrigerator, good stovetop and plenty of cooking utensils,……

“Perfect unit for four friends. Tons of space and a beautiful veranda to spend evenings. Only drawback is one parking space. Otherwise, walking distance to great restaurants and short drives to various venues.”

“Things i like most is there is plenty of room, bathroom counter space and a king size bed. It is on the 3rd floor so it is quiet but there are several flights of stairs to haul your stuff up and down.”

“The bed was one of the coziest bed I’ve slept in. However there was no fitted sheet? Just a flat sheet. And the dust could have been a little less. But other than that, the place was very well decorated and comfortable. Thanks for the great stay!”

“We stayed here during our Thanksgiving holiday with family and we were all able to enjoy the location. The check in process was easy and the host provided the codes for entry prior to our arrival. The house was very maintained and cleaned prior to our arrival. There was plenty of room for our large group and a well stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this rental and this host”

“We loved this rental so much we extended our stay. Its very spacious I love the back patio and the upstairs is like a private bungalow. There were a couple items left in the mini fridges but i was a housekeeper before and its a common mistake.”
