“The house was exceptionally clean (MAJOR PLUS!!) and spacious. The beds were incredibly comfortable as well!! One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! The host was very accommodating and helpful. His instructions for everything in the home was very clear and concise. He even labeled all of the light switches which if you ever rent a vacation home, this is a huge deal! Checking in and checking out were very easy. There is a parking lot to park which was ideal for loading the house……

“This was the most incredible rental we’ve ever stayed in. The beautiful and historic home was so comfortable, tastefully decorated, spacious, stocked with thoughtful amenities like snacks, coffee, and drinks. You feel like you’re walking into a friends home the way the host makes you feel. He was so accommodating, responsive, and kind. “We were looking for a place large enough to house 4 adults and 3 children and found this house which was just a little outside the city proper. It turned out to be a perfect fit. Situated in an older neighborhood, of which Philadelphia has many, house was clean and nicely equipped and appeared to be recently renovated. Neighboring homes were generally well-tended and the area was quiet and seemed safe. Spacious kitchen and dining areas were ideal for feeding a crew. On-site parking for two cars……

“I have traveled to the Mann center many times and have suffered through hard to find parking at their lots and even harder to leave after events due to traffic backups. This apartment is about a 3/4 of a mile walk to the center. It was perfect for us and made our evening concert easier to access and a much better experience overall. Despite it being in town it was very quiet and easily accessible. Parking is on the street and not the alleyway but we were able to find parking easily. I will……

“The house was spotless when we arrived and well equipped. We had an issue with our heat and the owner addressed it immediately which was much appreciated. Parking was easy as described. The neighborhood was pretty quiet for being in Philly! There are stores nearby if you need anything. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would stay again!We did stay with our 3 year old and the only suggestion I have is to have something to cover/block the basement stairs. There was a big draft coming upstairs……
