“The cottage is simply lovely. The location is outstanding with stunning views over the bay. The lovely, sheltered sandy beach is shared with the other cottage located at the other end of the beach. There is access to a kayak and paddleboards.The grounds have plenty of different seating options and shady areas. “First time VRBO users vs all inclusive or cruises, but that anxiety didn't last long. Loved the acccess to busses and ferries and the supermarket was well within reach with a bus stop right there.Christine even offered to pick up groceries and put them in the refridgerator for us, but we didn't know what we wanted and planned on eating out alot..Having a private dock and beach was a plus.Very secure and we never even locked our doors.Another very pleasant thing was how kind the locals are, young……

“Loved the house and location. Kitchen was well appointed for meal prep. The view of Harrington sound was Fantastic. Use of the kayaks was a major plus. I recommend cruising to the cove on the east end, excellent fish sightings. We were able to swim off the dock and the nearby public dock which was only a few yards away. Grocery stores were close by. Cornell was a great host. We would easily stay there again on our next visit.”

“Overall a lovely stay. The boathouse is perfectly located. Fun to have the waterfront beach area with kayaks and sups. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. “This exquisite cottage exceeded every expectation. Killian and Elaine have thought of every detail to make this home away from home a delight to stay in. It's fabulously decorated! We were so comfortable and enjoyed the spectacular views while we sat and enjoyed meals on our own patio savoring the turquoise waters. We loved walking in the wonderfully quiet neighborhood, My husband is an avid fisherman and caught multiple fish right outside our door! We look forward to escaping here again! Thank……
