“Very clean, nice place to stay. Good location, close to Pine Knob.”

“This place is unreal! Nothing like I’ve ever seen in Detroit. The cleanliness, the decor and location is an unbeatable experience. The most valuable thing to me was knowing Me and my belongings were secure. The bonus was I had a 5 star brunch and dinner all within walking distance. The restaurant selection with 1 mile is incredible. 10/10 for sure.”

“The property was in a very walkable neighborhood and location. A bus line was available free of charge. You could walk to the Little Caesar's Arena, Comerica Park Stadium and also Ford Field. You could also walk downtown pretty easily. Overall, a very good location. The unit was neat and clean. A garage was also available for your vehicle.”

“Everything was excellent for me”

“We stayed in three of the spaces at the Millpond Inn for four nights while attending a family wedding. It was absolutely perfect, allowing for ample individual privacy as well as spacious communal gathering areas. We will definitely stay here again! Great communication in the time leading up to and during the stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment!”

“Maintenence of property was poor! The heated pool was cold and hot tub was barely warm! The laundry facilities were functional.”

“Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast. Could use more staff, in the cleaning department. Hallways and rooms needed a good vacuuming. Cheerios found in corners of kitchen. Pill on the floor of the bedroom. Tables in breakfast area needed wiping between guests. I think they need more staff. Was quiet and convenient.”

Close to the interstates, downtown and Woodward Ave. We didn't go to an event at Little Caesars Arenas, however it was a very safe and short walk to get over there. The views of downtown were spectacular. The one car garage parking was great to have, it was a very tight squeeze for a full sized SUV (Jeep Wagoneer) but we made it work. The penthouse was very clean and modern with a good compliment of kitchen utensils and……

“We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated and everything you would need. We will definitely stay here again when we travel back to this area. It was the best.”
