“If you can get over the check-in which is painfully slow the place is a good value for the money. The older gentleman at the front desk has had his best years behind him and tries his best to check you in with the limited resources he has to do this. “We reserved and paid for a junior suite. We were presented with a Dbl Queen room instead. We were given a roll away cot that took up any extra room that it had. We notified them of a leaking toilet--that was fix satisfactorily--but there was no way to contact front desk and the room had no phone. We were there for 3 nights and it seemed like we were bumped for some teams that were occupying all the ground floor suites. “Very dirty probably should've left as soon as we entered. Air conditioner stopped middle of the night front desk was busy in the bar BUT did accommodate me with a different room. Over all the entire hotel has a funky smell after the fact we noted NONE of the windows open. First room shower curtain filthy and moldy second room slightly cleaner except tub was filthy and water wouldn't stop running but at least the ac worked..oh sheets thread bare and pillow cases pilling. “Good location. Appreciated the fridge and microwave. Bed mattress firm and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I requested a pet free room due to a recent asthma flare up and they were very accommodating. The big negative for me was the very strong scented cleaning products.
