“Pillows were terrible. The thermostat and the ac fight each other - they aren't connected. The furnace heats the rim up then the ac kicks in and cools it down. Then the furnace heats it up. It was an uncomfortable sleep due to the temperature and pillows. I've never seen such a small hotel room in Canada, and thought it was over priced for such a tiny room. The staff were good. The breakfast was ok - eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt.”

“If you can get over the check-in which is painfully slow the place is a good value for the money. The older gentleman at the front desk has had his best years behind him and tries his best to check you in with the limited resources he has to do this. Instead of getting upset about the time it is taking show some compassion for him. If he comes by your room later to make sure you have the correct number of guests in the room once again do not take offense, I'm sure this is the way he has been……

“Had nothing but issues as soon as I got to the hotel I found there was no hot water in my room. They moved me to another room where it turns out same problem. Went down to the hot tub even that was cold since it is run off the same pump. I was told it would be fixed the following day which it was not so they moved me again to finally have hot water. Then after talking to the most unprofessional manager I have ever met I was told I would get a discount on check out day. Come check out day there……
