“Toilet was broken in the room therefore we were moved to another room after we had unpacked everything so very inconvenient. Soap dispenser in the ladies main bathroom by the pool didn't work so no soap and they didn't fix it. The gym didn't have a remote for the TV and there wasn't any wipes to clean gym equipment before or after use. TV wasn't used in the room as the remote didn't seem to work to open a channel and unable to figure out how it worked. The continental breakfast was good and……

“If you can get over the check-in which is painfully slow the place is a good value for the money. The older gentleman at the front desk has had his best years behind him and tries his best to check you in with the limited resources he has to do this. Instead of getting upset about the time it is taking show some compassion for him.
