"My room was spotless and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that breakfast was buffet only, not a menu, so you pay $35 even if you just want toast and some eggs. Also, they were too short-staffed to do in-room dining and were out of a lot of food items. The lake view rooms are super nice, and the view is great, but be aware that the street noise is very loud. The noise quieted down around 2:00 am and I was able to sleep just fine, though, and I would definitely stay again. Also - the bathrooms are very nice, but the bathtubs are just regular tubs, not “deep-soaking” tubs like they advertise. I stayed for a weekend and enjoyed my stay. It’s a very old hotel so you have to understand that even with renovations the building still has issues like the street noise, plumbing, and heating. The food at the on-site restaurant is excellent. "
