“The hotel and room was very nice and clean. My only complaint was, we are on the second floor and you could hear people above you stomping around. Also our bathroom fan was very loud with a rattle , if you had the bathroom light on the fa was on…. you didn’t have the option of turning it off.”

“Room was clean. However, none of the external digital locks on the doors , the swimming pool entrance or the gym entrance were working. The external doors were left wide open probably all night as the locks weren’t working, not safe. The staff said that they’ve been out of order for more than a year. At night, there was only 1 staff/person at the hotel and I had to wait for over 30 mins to get to him to get a bedding set. Clearly under staffed for the rush long weekend. The breakfast was ok.……
