"Staff was amazing, especially Candie. Always had a smile on her face and happily help us with our requests. Breakfast was delicious and kept clean and stocked. A guest dropped a serving spoon on the floor, picked it up and started to use it to serve the eggs. The staff member immediately interceded and replaced the utensil. Our room was huge and the 2 king beds were very comfortable. Location was also very convenient to restaurants, a Walmart and a mile from downtown Blue Ridge. Highly recommend stopping in the quaint little town full of shops and restaurants. "

"We stayed 3 nights and had a mix of positives and areas for improvement.Pros: The cabin is very cute and thoughtfully decorated. The heated floors were a great touch, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. We especially enjoyed the outdoor setup. The projector screen with the hot tub and fireplace made for a really fun and relaxing experience.Cons: There were some cleanliness concerns. The shower had noticeable mold, and the towels had a mildew or sour smell even after washing. We also found quite a bit of hair on the towels and placemats upon arrival, along with multiple dead bugs on the floor, so cleaning could be more thorough.Suggestions: Instructions for the AC unit and labeled TV remotes would be helpful.Good to know: This cabin is not secluded. From the hot tub, you can see the neighboring camper, and it is located off a main road, so there is traffic noise at night along with nearby kids and dogs. If you are not looking for seclusion, this may not be an issue. The bed and pillows are very firm, so consider bringing your own if you prefer softer."
