“The location was perfect for our stay in Wilmington, a few blocks from the waterfront and Downtown and its numerous restaurants. There was a main water break in corner of the street the night before our last, but it was not communicated to us, we happened to walk by it, so I sent a message to the property manager to let them know (so they could let the other tenant know as well) but never heard back from him/her. “The entry process failed miserably, the lock box was broken, we couldn’t retrieve the key, luckily another tenant stopped by and gave us his lock box code. The place was clean, pet friendly, close to multiple restaurants and bars, unfortunately a bar directly behind the condo blasted music until 2am on Friday night, forget sleeping. Lastly the outdoor patio is completely overgrown and the furniture looked moldy and unusable, big disappointment. ”

“Great place to stay to be right in the heart of downtown historic Wilmington. Easy Walk to everything since we were right on Front Street. Some noise/music from nearby business but that is to be expected when staying in this area. Noise barely noticeable in bedroom although we enjoyed the outside music while in the living area. Bed comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Host was extremely easy to communicate with and responded to messages quickly.”
