“Excellent communication with owner. Fast, friendly and courteous. Located about 450 meter walk up a large hill from Penn Avenue (bus 88) which is about 35 minutes to downtown. Apartment showing its age but fair value for cost. ”

We loved the hot tub! The outdoor spaces were great! We visited during the 4th of July and just watched the fireworks from the 3 levels of porches. Amazing! The owners were very clear and communicative. Great spot!”

“We were a group of 6 women: three sets of sisters all related. Parking was exactly as described. We were able to find space for two cars as we needed close or right in front of the house. The location was great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and eat in. The beds and the space was comfortable. I would recommend this property .”
