"This is our second time staying here because it is convenient to walk to the Convention Center. It’s an older property and our room was an odd very small corner room. The shower curtain did not contain the shower water well so we had to be careful to not flood the floor. There isn’t much for quick grab food options especially late at night so it’s nice to have food options at the hotel."

"How is this not a 4-5-star hotel?! The staff were amazing, free breakfast and dinner is available (as are free drinks/$1 drinks), there's a grab and go, and there is a bar/restaurant open until midnight! The rooms are spacious and very clean. Plenty of towels in the beautiful bathroom. My only "issue" was that our room was supposed to have 2 queen beds, and they were more like double beds."

"The place is creepy There are no signs that says it is the Property. It was very confusing. I finally saw a sign at a different parking area with the street number on it. I did not feel comfortable staying there My gut was telling me not to stay there. When I did check in there was no one at the front desk so I had to call out before someone came to help me. They were not very friendly. I do not recommended staying there."

"We booked for three nights through Hotels.com. Check-in went smooth. Room was pretty decent except the closet shelf had a fair amount of visible rodent droppings. (Photo attached) At 5am of night 2, we both were too ill to continue our trip (NOTE - I am not attributing this to the rodent droppings, this was unrelated virus.) I contacted the hotel to see about canceling the third night, saying I could be out of the room by 11am. They said I had to go through the third party booker. I contacted hotels.com and the representative was extremely helpful and accommodating. She called the hotel and spoke to "Rachel" the manager. She even offered the medical evidence from my urgent care visit. Rachel was steadfast and said she would not allow the cancelation of the third night. The hotels.com representative was apologetic and sympathetic. I get it. I read the booking rules before the reservation was made, so no need to explain in the reply that there is no cancelation. But you know darn well the hotel could still sell a night's stay, thereby not losing money, and accommodate travelers in an unfortunate situation. Also, I parked 4 blocks away for $32 (total) for three days. Hotel parking was $50 per day. Oh well."
