The dining room attendant is so nice and accommodating! Lobby staff were friendly and helpful and cleaners kept things cleaned and stocked. We were very pleased with our stay!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location.

They were very accomodating and let me switch rooms due to a noise issue.

Clean room, quiety stay and good breakfast.

Love Conrad at the front desk Feel very safe and welcome with him there He deserves a raise

Staff is very friendly. They also serve great food and drinks at happy hour Mondays through Wednesday. Location is also convenient.

Brand new property so very BRIGHT and Modern and new feeling. I just don’t understand why a 1/4 inch of white or light colored grout would be used between floor tiles - it gets dirty and is impossible to get clean so you have everything else looking new and sparkling but no matter what you do your floor is going to look grungy almost immediately. Everything is fabulous with the hotel. The only issue is don’t get hungry after 7 pm on weekends because everything is closed.

We love the feel of home and feel peaceful here.

Lack of outlets in the room. Otherwise the stay was above expectations for the price.

The breakfast waitress was outstanding. Greater with a smile and offered to make omelets. Amazing.

Awesome in every way - an adult Disneyland. The only downfall is the train noise at night. The staff recommended ear plugs and you really do need them to sleep.

It was my first time at this property. I was there for 2 nights with my wife and 2 grandkids. We really liked the experience in general, but even more the responsiveness of the staff, especially the security team. We had an issue at the wave pool with another guest. My granddaughter lost her swimming googles in the pool and they were taken by a man that father of 2 young kids also in the pool. He gave the googles to his son. When my 11-year-old grandson asked him to return the googles, this man...
