One of the only positive I can say was the location was a 10/10. Steps away from the middle of the boardwalk. Coaster running very late but somehow did not affect the sound in our bedroom. The room was not very clean. Sand felt on the floor upon arrival. Somehow, we felt sand in the sheets of the bed too. Long black hairs found throughout the room, including inside the fridge. We always use Clorox wipes in every hotel we stay at, and many surfaces turned the wipes brown. Our keypad to enter room had a dead battery and we were locked out of our room at the mercy of maintenance to come let us in and change the battery (mind you it was 9 pm, I have 2 young children and am 18 weeks pregnant). Thankfully they came within 15 minutes but it was frustrating to say the least. Difficult and tedious to get ahold of lobby staff. They seem to be inconsistent answering the phone. Lobby receptions are offsite on the other side of street which grew frustrating when we needed things like extra towels, toilet paper, etc. TV stopped working in living area. Just tried to spend least amount of time in room as possible, skeeved out and couldn’t wait to leave the room despite having an amazing time in ocean city taking full advantage of the convenient location. I would just come prepared with cleaning supplies and as many of your own supplies as possible because it felt gross. I wouldn’t be able to cope with this hotel longer than 2 nights. We survived.
